What we are doing on your behalf
- Preparing responses to government initiatives, draft legislation, policies and strategic direction and how RPNs role in healthcare affects all of these areas
- Liaising with other health profession organizations
- Consulting on the development of quality education for the RPN program
- Participating in conferences, trade shows, career fairs and other events
- Participating in research focusing on RPNs
- Aid in the developing regional RPN Councils to help with networking and taking action on local issues
- Providing input to CNO through regular meetings, participation on committees and responding to draft CNO documents, regulations and more
- Working with the unions representing RPNs to aid in the recognition of union, association and professional issues and each scope of jurisdiction
